Tencan ultrasonic planetary ball mill is small in volume, full of functions, high efficiency and low noise. There are four ball milling jars loaded on a turntable. When the turntable rotates, the ball mill jars make planetary movement around its own axis while they are revolving around the main shaft. The balls and materials are collided and sheared inside the jar in the high speed movement to achieve purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersing the material. Planetary ball mill is equipped with the ultrasonic equipment (composed of ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer). The ultrasonic equipment is converted to the grinding jars through the conductive slip ring, which makes the inner wall of the jars generate ultrasonic mechanical oscillation. It effectively solves problems of blocking, bottom sinking and wall sticking caused by traditional ball mill. At present, the equipment can be only used for grinding various kinds of solid particles, suspending liquid and pastes under wet grinding condition.
Compared with the same type of XQM series, the structure of ultrasonic planetary ball mill is much more solid and firm with good looking appearance. It realizes vibrating while grinding, and avoids phenomenon of blocking, bottom sinking and wall sticking in the process of grinding.
